We accept reservations through our booking partners, including Booking.com, Airbnb, and Expedia. Each booking partner may have their own terms and conditions, which will also apply to your reservation. By booking through these platforms, you agree to comply with their policies in addition to Beysicair’s terms.

2.3 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the full payment is processed through Beysicair Payments or our booking partners. By completing your booking, you agree to comply with all rental rules and house policies provided at the time of booking.

2.4 Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific property booked. Please refer to the booking page or confirmation email for details about the cancellation terms specific to your reservation.

3. Payments

3.1 Payment Methods

Payments for bookings are processed by Beysicair Payments or through the payment systems of our booking partners (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia). All transactions are subject to the terms of the respective payment processor.

3.2 Refunds

Refunds will be provided in accordance with the cancellation policy for the property. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed by Beysicair Payments or the respective booking partner.

4. Liability

Beysicair will not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or accidents that occur on the rented property. It is the guest’s responsibility to adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while staying at a Beysicair property.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Beysicair website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Beysicair and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
